What we’re about
We see the need every day. Businesses, nonprofits, churches, friends are the "front door" for care for so many people in need. People come to your doors hungry and desperate for aid. It is hard to see someone crying out and not know what to do to help. You need resources. You need a teammate to pass the baton to.
If your organization or group offers community or outreach services, wants to work with other churches or nonprofits to deliver support, or has goals to provide assistance but not sure where to start, this group is for you. If you are someone who has experienced homelessness, this group is for you. All voices are needed to improve how we respond to a housing crisis. You can help.
The purpose of this group is to:
- Build and publish a public community resource guide highlighting community services, housing, and support groups.
- Network and fellowship with other partners.
- Share resources and needs to extend support for each other.
