This is a group for women of all faiths to come together in safe space and discuss the divine and God as we see God.
I'd love to attract women who believe in manifestation and the importance of sharing.
The Rules for this group are....
- Respect for Women
- Respect for the divine and all faiths that believe in an afterlife and peace and love.
- A desire to accept and learn from each other and make connections.
through this group you will share over a firepit, community dinner or outing experiences that made you feel sacred and blessed and we will all learn and try a meditation and calming breaths.
These circles are open.
We will start out on zoom as coffee chats and full moon zooms
Morning Meditation Series with Colleen

Start your week with a sense of calm and clarity by joining our Morning Meditation Series with Colleen. Designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice, this class introduces a variety of meditation techniques aimed at reducing stress, alleviating anxiety, and enhancing focus.
In the first session, Colleen will guide you through simple yet powerful practices, including mindful breathing and body relaxation, to help you embark on your meditation journey. As the series progresses, you’ll explore:
- The transformative power of stillness
- Body awareness and scanning techniques for better health
- Meditation practices for manifesting your desires
- Enhancing personal relationships through mindful meditation
- The role of crystals in meditation
- Creating your own meditation sanctuary at home, including altar and sacred space setup
Each class offers a comfortable and supportive environment, with chairs, bolsters, mats, and blankets provided. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, you’ll leave each session with new tools and a deeper sense of peace to carry into your daily life.
