Welcome to Bedford MeetUp Group!

We are a fun-loving group of outdoor activity enthusiasts who enjoy beach trips, socialising, walking and exploring the great outdoors. In addition, we love to experience the nightlife and daylife of the wider area outside of Bedford and attend live music and dance the night away and participate in days out activities.

Join us for exciting adventures, new friendships, and unforgettable memories!

We are a social group and we welcome friends of all ages. Emphasis is put on enjoying ourselves by getting out and about; laughing, dancing, listening to music, walking, eating and drinking etc, together.

We are not a singles dating site; we are a social group where like minded people can meet together in safety.

We want to host a variety of events, so please feel free to make suggestions. If there’s something you’d like to do and we can at least find one other person to go with you, we consider it mission accomplished!

Lifts and travel to events can be shared, so please don’t be afraid to ask. Just post a comment on the event to see if anyone can help. This is a private arrangement between yourselves.

We aim to encourage beach trips to the seaside, days out etc and share costs where practical.

• New members should pay a £5 joining fee please, to:

This helps our community group to pay the annual fees to Meetup Wordlwide.

• You will need an up-to-date photo of yourself to join the group. This is so the hosts and guests of the event are able to recognise you.

• For events please don’t put your name down as attending, unless you are able to attend. Likewise, if you are no longer able to attend an event, please alter your attendance to ‘Not Going’ as soon as possible.

• The friendly, caring and welcoming culture of this group is very important to all of our members.
