What we’re about
Building a Bedford community where we tackle some of the world's greatest novels over lively discussion. This group is open to both new and seasoned readers of world classics.
The main aim is to share our love for literature and the ways it has expanded our worldview. In doing so, we hope to echo Francis Bacon's idea of the good life: "old wood best to burn, old wine to drink, old friends to trust, and old authors to read." 📚📜🌻🌼
We meet monthly at a cafe or pub around Bedford.
