What we’re about
We’ll be playing rulebook ( not any hybrid variations) Scrabble from 7-10pm and socializing within reason and as long as it is not distracting to other players. Light music will be controlled by the house.
Players only, no guests allowed.
Masks optional.
Dress accordingly please.
No alcohol, obviously no drugs of any kind. You will be ejected and or LE called.
Coffee served, donations appreciated and any other beverages or snacks will be self provided as well as any plastic only utensils. Please don’t bring your dinner with you. Snacks means chips, pretzels, popcorn etc.
The House has only 1 board so you’re encouraged to bring your own to guarantee that you will play.
2-4 players on each board.
Absolutely no trash talking, this is an event to make friends not rivals.
Please bring paper, pencils and a sharpener. I may invest in a electric house sharpener as we grow. I would like to grow this group to 20-30 serious players who come as often as they can.
Parking is not in front of my townhome, you’ll have to park up the street or in the urgent care parking lot and walk 100 yards or less to come. Unfortunately my home is not wheelchair accessible and even if it were the meeting will take place in my spacious basement down a flight of stairs. Sorry.
