In our 90-minute, six-week integrative yoga workshop, participants will immerse themselves in the application of ancient wisdom in their modern lives, cultivating awareness, joy, and happiness.

The curriculum covers mindfulness, yoga philosophy, ethical practices (Yamas and Niyamas), Joints and Glands, and postures (Asanas). Each class includes breathwork such as diaphragmatic breathing and nadi shodhanam (Pranayama). Additionally, we explore Pratyahara through relaxation techniques, concentration (Dharana), and Meditation (Dhyana), with home practices introduced and reviewed at the beginning of each class. This workshop is progressive, building upon the foundations emphasized in each session. While each class builds on the prior one, anyone can join at any point.

Despite the well-established knowledge of the benefits of yoga and meditation, many individuals still grapple with establishing a consistent meditation practice. This workshop aims to address this challenge by incorporating health coaching techniques. Participants will learn how to develop and concentrate on creating a comprehensive mind-body wellness plan integrated into their lifestyle
