Meditation Class in English 

Friday at 7:00pm to 8:30pm 

Everyone is Welcome! 

The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return to your true home. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and problems.

Meditation practice awakens our True Nature that the wisdom and compassion that we need are already within us. It helps to know ourselves: our rough parts and our smooth parts, our passion, aggression, ignorance and wisdom.
