What we’re about

Welcome! We’re so glad you’ve found us! This group was created to help introduce and connect local women in the bi-sexual and lesbian community who are looking to meet new friends, share laughs, and create meaningful connections. We pride ourselves on being kind, respectful, and open-minded, and we’re excited to see you here!

Our goal is to foster new friendships, learn more about each other’s interests, and create an environment where everyone feels valued. Some of our members have even met their partners and wives through this group—how amazing is that?

While our main focus is socializing, if you’re looking for more specialized support, we encourage you to check out resources like the NJ Pride Center or talk to a licensed therapist who can provide that extra help.

Group Guidelines for a Safe and Welcoming Community
We’ve put together a few simple guidelines to keep our space positive, inclusive, and supportive—because everyone deserves to feel good here!

  1. Respect and Inclusivity
We celebrate the diverse range of identities within our group. Whether you're out and proud or just dipping your toes into the community, we’re here for it. Negative comments or judgment of anyone based on their identity or lifestyle won’t be tolerated. Our group is all about celebrating who we are and lifting each other up.
  2. Focus on Building Connections
Our events are designed to help us make new friends and create a positive, fun vibe. Feel free to share about your life, but let’s keep the mood light—please avoid diving into emotional topics like past relationships, or personal grievances. Let’s save that for another time (or at least until we’ve all had some wine).
  3. Prioritizing Safety, Comfort & Open Communication
We’re committed to keeping this space safe and welcoming for everyone. If someone’s behavior makes others uncomfortable or goes against our guidelines, we may have to remove them from the group. We rarely have to do this, but we always prioritize the well-being of the group as a whole. If something feels off, or if you notice something that doesn't align with the group’s vibe, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the organizer (Nadine) privately. We appreciate your feedback and want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and heard!

Some Practical Guidelines for Members

  • Come with your best self. Bring good vibes and a willingness to get to know others.
  • Keep your RSVP up to date. If you RSVP “yes,” we save you a spot! But if something comes up and you can’t make it, just let us know by changing your RSVP to "no." Members who RSVP “yes” 3x's and don’t show up may be removed from the group.
  • Be kind and respectful. Please respect everyone’s identities and choices, whether they choose to share them openly or not.
  • Spread the word. If you had a great time, invite a friend to join the fun! They can try out our trial membership and come to the next event.
  • If you're feeling unwell or have been sick in the past 14 days, please stay home and take care of yourself. We’d love to see you next time when you're feeling better! Don’t forget to update your RSVP. 😊

Events: Adult-Only Policy (Mostly!)
Unless specifically mentioned, all events are assumed to be for adults only. So, let’s keep it grown-up, shall we? Please leave the kiddos at home and come celebrate your you time! We know, it’s tough to find time for ourselves, but we promise it’s worth it. That said, there may occasionally be specific events posted for moms with kiddos, or even moms with doggos - and we’ll be sure to let you know. So keep an eye out for those if that’s more your vibe! Want to host one? Feel free to message your group's main organizer with your idea.

Quick reminder for prospective members:
Please use a clear, real photo of your face as your profile pic! We love dogs and AI, but if your pic features anything other than you or is altered, we won’t be able to let you in. Thanks for understanding and keeping it real!

Liability and Risk Disclaimer
Please note that by participating in our events, you understand and accept that attendance is at your own risk. We encourage everyone to take personal responsibility for their safety and well-being during events.
