This group is for Black moms—whether stay-at-home or balancing work—who want to prioritize their health, stay active, and connect with other moms and kids in the community. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting, we welcome all fitness levels to join in. The mission for this group is to promote wellness and build a supportive network while running alongside our children. Together, we can create strong bonds, inspire each other, and set an example of healthy living for our kids. Let’s hit the pavement, make lasting connections, and encourage our children to stay active, one step at a time!
