We are running “Deeper than the Weather” back! Join us at Two Locals, where we get “Deeper than the Weather”. So, much of life is filled with small talk and surface interactions. Through this speed-friending event, we’ll skip the small talk and get to know real people more deeply.
What: Never heard of speed friending? As with speed dating, your host will assemble pairs for 10 minutes of conversation you can talk about anything or use the prompt that changes each round. This will be a great casual way to meet new people of all genders. You could walk away with a new friend or a new boo, you never know.
When you arrive, find your host (me, Brittney) to check-in. Then grab a drink and food before we get started. We will also have mingle time after if you want to talk to some of the people you missed during the event.
When: The speed friending starts at 7:00pm sharp. But you’ll want to get in early, as Two Locals will be extending their happy hour just for us until 7pm. Please try your best not to get there late as this could affect your ability to participate.

Transportation: The brewery is easily accessible by public transportation or ride share. A good amount of street and lot parking should also be available in the area. But as with everywhere in Philly, factor in finding parking time.
An added perk Two Locals have $5 vouchers for the lot located at 3701 Filbert. So ask the Bar for one of those if you choose to park there.
