BLVCK In Tech (BNT)

Welcome to our community: BLVCK in Tech (BNT)! This group was created to bring together talented black individuals who share a common passion for technology and are committed to joining or advancing their careers in the tech industry in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

BNT provides a supportive and empowering space where Black professionals can connect, collaborate, and thrive. We aim to foster a sense of belonging, celebrate our achievements, and address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Black individuals in the tech field.

Within this group, you will find a wealth of knowledge and experience from a diverse range of technology careers, including software development, data analysis, cybersecurity, project management, UX/UI design, and more. We encourage open discussions, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to promote professional growth and development.

In addition to networking and knowledge exchange, our group focuses on empowerment and advocacy. We strive to uplift and amplify the voices of Black professionals, challenge systemic barriers, and promote diversity, inclusion, and equality within the technology industry.

This group is for Dallas Area Black people that currently work in Technology careers, are interested in technology careers and for members to network, skill share and fellowship.

If you are looking for a community of Black professionals, of all ages and walks of life, this is the community for you! If you’re wanting to learn new skills or teach high-demand skills to other community members, this is the space for you!
