If you have a time constraint, I suggest you drive direct or car pool with those who plan to leave right away.
Based on experience level, you can follow groomed trails or follow those who seek off trail adventure! I cannot guarantee a group will remain on groomed trails.
Those seeking adventure, we will start from the parking lot on the West side and hike straight up the hill, off trail. We can meet those who decide to hike on the groomed trails at half way point. To be reviewed before we start.

There is no cellphone service past Idaho City. The goal is to hit the marked trails by 10:30am.
Bring your gear, water, snow apparel, and food.
This is not a guided event nor will gear be provided.
