Details 2025 Tour
- Your day begins when our private driver picks you up in downtown Portland.
- Hop in and we are off to the Columbia River Gorge, one of the most beautiful areas in Oregon.
- Our first stop is Waterfall Alley and a short walk (.5 mi) to the base of Latourell Falls.
On this tour, you will partake in a series of short walks and visits. This allows us to see more of Waterfall Alley than a longer hike to just one falls would. It also means this trip is accessible to hikers of all skill levels.
Next up on our itinerary is the iconic Bridal Veil Falls where we will pause for a short stroll to the viewing platform. Feel the mist coming off this powerful waterfall and take in the sylvan landscape common in this region of the state.
En route to the Hood River area, our group will stop in for a quick look at Starvation Creek Falls and admire the drama of this mossy cascade.
At this point in our journey, you will have worked up an appetite for lunch. It’s time to trade waterfalls for vino and head over to our first winery where we will imbibe local reds and whites while enjoying a delicious boxed lunch.
Fortified, we are off to another round of tasting at one more winery. Maybe you will find a new blend to take home to pair with dinner?
As we make our way back to Portland, we will pull over to see the queen of all the waterfalls and the highest in Oregon: Multnomah Falls.
Snowmelt and rainfall fuel this cascade, which drops 620 feet into a frothing pool below, a dramatic end to our day of waterfall visits.Inclusions:
- transportation to and from our meeting spot
- knowledgeable guide with you the whole trip
- light morning snack and coffee
- wine tasting, catered boxed lunch
- afternoon cookie

*If you would like recommendations about where to stay (hotels) in Portland, please email us. Many guests who join this trip come from out of town. We always have locals who attend, too! Bring a friend or come solo.
