What we’re about
New Book Joy Booktique invites all types of readers to our monthly Silent Book Club, Book Swap, and other bookish events. Both events are held on Saturdays or Sundays and include a complimentary beverage and a spot in either our store or lounge. We love to bring the JOY of reading to others; and offer relaxing and self-care opportunities, while you meet new individuals!
~New members are always welcome!
~Due to a limited number of seats (10 - 20 spots, depending on the event), please keep your eyes peeled for when we post our new events. You will be able to reserve your spot!
~If you are not a huge reader, but love audiobooks, feel free to listen to a book during an event!

Local Readers (GROWN-UPS 21+) - Join us for a Book Swap Mix + Mingle! Bring your own new or gently used book to swap with any other books that are brought to this event (or any extra titles that we have available for the swap). Don't worry, you'll get to browse all the books and chat with local book lovers about their titles before swapping... Stick around to shop after you swap & GET EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS too! (NOTES: This month's theme features COZY FEEL-GOOD BOOKS & INSPIRATIONAL READS in celebration of winter & the new year ahead, but feel free to bring a title from any genre. Pre-reading is not required!) Great way to welcome 2025 and meet others! Feel free to BYOB for $5 per person!

Because of this, the spots left may not reflect the actual number of spots we have left. Our swaps have anywhere from 15 - 20 people!
