What we’re about
The Born Global Meetup Leipzig is an informal networking event where international students, graduates, researchers and all the international community in Leipzig gather to discuss their business ideas and any topic related to launching a business or becoming a freelancer in Germany.
This casual setting fosters exchange, encourages collaboration, and provides a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to receive feedback, solve doubts, and gain insights.
These events are organised in cooperation with the start-up initiative SMILE of the International SEPT Competence Center at Leipzig University.

About our guest:
- Elif Özdemir is the founder of Beyond Labels Coaching, a coach, facilitator, and neurodiversity advocate. She was born in Turkey and moved to Germany a decade ago to complete her Master's degree at Leipzig University.
- She has a background in cultural studies research and UX design, and since 2024, as an ICF certified coach, her work has focused on helping late-diagnosed and undiagnosed neurodiverse individuals who feel overwhelmed, confused and isolated to achieve clarity, connection and alignment in their work and lives.
