Hey! This group is for millennials looking to cultivate inner peace in a fun, high-energy way. We have no boring events like the snoozefest meditations with guides who won’t shut up about your elbow's position.

Every thoughtful, restorative, mindful good time involves something high-energy you’d actually want to do [such as pirate yoga nights, 80s nights, disco nights, country western nights, Hawaiian hot tub meditations, board games, cooking parties, ski trips, dinner parties, friendly competitions, exploring new places, ranking the best hot tubs in the city, and more!]

Show up with no yoga/meditation experience needed - our events are designed for all levels. Join us for memorable and enjoyable yoga and mindfulness experiences! Events are hosted at my place in Somerville, local fitness studios/gyms, and unique venues like distilleries or zoos.

I started this group because I was looking for an easy, fun way to chill out more without it feeling like work, and I felt overwhelmed by the meditative wellness groups where things felt overly serious or religious. As a new professional yoga/meditation instructor, I've loved meeting people and helping them find inner peace through silly and relaxed methods. My goal is to create a community where you'd want to hang out even outside of Meetups.

This Meetup group is brought to you by Peace Out Ski + Wellness Club, a high-energy mindfulness and skiing club for millennials aiming to unwind and feel alive. I host unique yoga nights & meditation parties year-round in the Boston area, with cool themes like Pirates and Hawaiian Luaus, plus winter ski & meditation retreats all over New England. Have fun finding mindfulness in chill cozy settings that feel like hanging out at your best friend's apartment. Meet new people and calm the f*ck up with us!
