### Winter Yoga Hike Meetup Series: Connection, Adventure, and Community
What to Expect:

- Activities: Winter hiking, on-the-fly yoga and stretching, mindful hiking, and community-building.
- Goal: Make new friends, connect with like-minded adventurers, and leave feeling recharged and inspired.
Ready to embrace the chill and adventure into winter? Join our Winter Yoga Hike Meetup Series, happening every two weeks. We'll lace up our boots (or strap on snowshoes and Yaktrax) and hit the trails, no matter the weather—snow, ice, mud, or sunshine. Along the way, we'll pause for yoga and stretching to keep our bodies warm and limber and engage in mindful hiking to reconnect with nature and ourselves.
This isn’t just about the trek; it’s about building a community of winter warriors who enjoy exploring the outdoors together. Whether you're here for the fresh air, the movement, or the meaningful conversations, this series is your chance to dive into the season with a spirit of adventure.
What to Bring:
- Gear for winter conditions: snowshoes, Yaktrax, poles, gloves, hats, and cozy, waterproof layers.
- An open mind and a willingness to adventure in whatever weather nature provides.
Logistics:
- Location: Specific trail details will be shared 2 days prior on the event page and will generally be within 20 minutes of Central Boulder.
- Gear Guidance: Recommendations will be provided based on trail and weather conditions, but you’ll ultimately rely on your own experience and discretion.
- Cost: A optional suggested donation of $12 is requested to cover operating costs including insurance, certifications and licensing. Payment can be made via Venmo @theplantedyogi or PayPal theplantedyogi@gmail.com.
