This is an information session to explain how to apply to be part of the program.
Program Details
In partnership with the Toronto Metropolitan University/Rogers Cybersecurity Catalyst we deliver a SANS Institute Ramp-Up course SEC275. SANS, which stands for SysAdmin, Audit, Network and Security, is the world leader in cybersecurity training. Participants completing the SANS Foundations will be eligible to earn a micro-credential certification for GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies. Our DiGITP Ramp -Up Project will sponsor participants to take this course and write the GFACT exam.
In partnership with Cisco Systems Inc., students are trained in foundational courses in providing a pathway to obtaining their Cisco-Cyber-Ops certification. Founded in 1984, Cisco has gone on to become one of the top technology brands globally. Both SANS and Cisco certifications are considered two of the best industry standard cybersecurity certifications on the globe.
