Breathe + Read Book Collective is a cozy monthly book club for women seeking connection, growth, and self-care. With both virtual and in-person gatherings in the southern Maryland area, each session begins with a calming 15-minute mindfulness practice, such as yoga, breathwork, or meditation, to ground and center. This is followed by a 45-minute discussion of our book of the month that inspire wellness, women empowerment, health, and everything in between. Whether you’re looking to nurture your mind, body, or soul, this collective offers a supportive space for mindful reading and meaningful conversations. Join us as we breathe, read, and grow together.
