What we’re about
We are a group mainly for gay and bisexual men looking to make friends and expand our social lives and interests in the Bristol area. We are accepting and welcoming of other orientations and identities, but whatever our differences the thing we all have in common is: we identify as men and are attracted to men.
As a group we value and encourage respect, tolerance, kindness and understanding and as such we do not tolerate unkind behaviour towards each other or behaviour which condones intolerance.

Having brought the St. George’s audience to their feet in 2024 with LEGENDS+LEGACIES, Sing Out Bristol is going for the heart this time around. Through songs about love across the ages and the many forms of love found in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as love stories from the choir itself, Sing Out Bristol is out to remind everyone that “It’s All About Love”!. Expect a range of pop, jazz, rock, and musical numbers, from decades ago up to the top of today’s charts, all sung in true Sing Out style.
Sing Out Bristol is the South West’s largest LGBTQIA+ choir, formed in 2008 and appearing regularly at events across Bristol and beyond. Along with multiple performances at St. George’s in 2024, they performed at Pride festivals in Bristol and Frome and supported the UK and Ireland’s LGBTQ+ choir festival, Hand in Hand, held in Bristol to great acclaim last August. As a registered charity, SOB is an initiative that nurtures song in the community and a safe space for its nearly 100 members.Book your tickets here: https://www.stgeorgesbristol.co.uk/whats-on/sing-out-bristol-2/
