3-4 Mile walk over the Clent hills at a gentle pace,

starting from Adams Hill carpark(free) DY9 9PS meeting at 6.30pm

our route will take us over Clent and Walton hill ending with a sunset from the Four Stones on Clent hill summit at 1024ft

bring drinks and food/snacks and a blanket/mat

An energising Qigong session with Ron Prescott followed by a deep relaxation session at a beautiful venue.

Qigong is a tai-chi like exercise of slow flowing movements with deep breathing to calm and relax the mind and body, it can be carried out sitting down.

The Relaxation Session takes you on a journey through a variety of sounds including gongs, crystal bowls, then into a body scan meditation as you drift off into a deep state of relaxation.

Wear comfortable clothing for Qigong, bring a mat, pillow and blanket for the relaxation. Cost £20
