What we’re about
Our events include educational outreach, volunteer work days, walks/hikes + vegan dining, vegan potlucks & picnics, gourmet vegan meals, and more. Please send us your suggestions for these, online activities, and anything else in Burlington County and surrounding areas.
We welcome anyone already vegan, transitioning, or just interested.
For events in other parts of NJ, visit [NJveg.org](https://njveg.org) for more info, or join the NJveg - Vegan Advocacy and Social Events Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/njveg-meetup-group/events/).

See all- Volunteer Work Day - Udder Chaos Farm SanctuaryWrightstown, Wrightstown, NJ
Join NJveg and Vegan in NJ for a volunteer work day! We’ll be helping the vegan non-profit Udder Chaos Farm Sanctuary. We highly recommend bringing a water bottle, bug spray, sunblock, work gloves, work boots, and clothes that can get dirty. If you’d like to donate, you can do so at the sanctuary or online.
Space is limited, adults only. Please sign up only if you are serious about attending and plan to attend for the full time. If anything comes up and you need to cancel, let us know ASAP, so that we may fill your spot. We’ve had a problem with people cancelling at the last minute - don’t be that person! The address will be provided privately to volunteers before the event.
- Hiking + Vegan DiningWhitesbog Historic Village, Browns Mills, NJ
Start time is tentative. The 102nd in NJveg’s hiking/walking + vegan dining series will be our annual hike at Whitesbog. We’re not sure if any relatively local vegan-friendly restaurants will be open, but let us know if you have any ideas. We can at least dine on blueberries along the trail! Please review NJveg's restaurant trip guidelines, and note that only vegan food may be ordered at our table.
Update: A couple of NJveg members have offered to host a post-hike vegan BBQ about 22 minutes away! If you'd like to contribute something, perhaps bring it in a cooler with ice so it doesn't bake in your car!

We particularly need help setting up (at about 8:30am) and packing up (to about 3:30pm). Please let us know what times you are available.
