Hello and welcome! I’m Theresa and I organize the Spanish English conversation club. These are our community guidelines.
We are a community
When joining, you’ll need to use your real name and a clear photo of yourself. Please no hats or sunglasses.
Spanish and English skill level
To attend this meetup, you must be proficient in either Spanish or English. Native English speakers MUST have basic conversational skills in Spanish and be able to carry on a 2-5 minute conversation in Spanish. We do NOT offer instruction, tutoring, or study lessons.
If you are just starting in Spanish and want to attend, during the Spanish-speaking segment, I ask that you: come to listen; let others talk in Spanish; try to speak in Spanish whenever you like; don't repeatedly ask for translations; don't ask attendees to repeat everything in English.
You support this group
There is no fee to attend each meetup event.
The fee for the meetup.com app is $200/year. I welcome small donations, such as $5-10 per year per person to defray this cost.

No hay instrucción en este club. Cuando nos reunimos, pasamos tiempo hablando en español e inglés. Es un intercambio de idiomas donde nos ayudamos mutuamente a aprender otro idioma. Si solamente sabe español, puede assistir todavia.
