Welcome! We are a mix of all the good things in other meet-up groups ... trying different eateries, picnics, going to local parks, walking with friends, bowling, summer concerts, dancing and live music, game nights, day trips, movies at the local theaters, mini golf, some geeky and nerdy stuff (I'm a bit of both), trivia, wine tasting...We’re also good at going out to breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner. We do anything that sounds interesting. If you're looking for something to do, and a place to make friends, have some laughs and socialize, this will be a great Meetup group for you. In order to join you must use your real first name, or a shortened version of your name, such as Teresa≈Teri, and have a profile picture posted that is a recent and a good likeness of ONLY you, so we can see your face. We do not accept photos of your pet. cartoons, or group photos.
We want members who participate so if your RSVP changes for any reason, please update your status as soon as possible. Please keep your membership on this group current, as anyone who does not at least visit the site once every 3 months will be removed. We want members that participate!
If you frequently change your RSVP at the last minute, you should not respond for an event until you are certain you will be able to attend. Organizers can decide to move members to wait list, remove them from the event or list them as no show if they develop a reputation for frequently canceling plans. No shows will be removed from the group.
We are always looking for fresh new ideas, so please, suggest an event! We want to know what YOU want to do! The only other thing required to join is a sense of humor and desire to have a good time with new friends!! Any questions, please let me know under the Contact Us icon.
