Calling All Campers

Join us for the 3 Park Trip! It is open to all ages and genders. Singles, couples & families are welcome. I anticipate some offroading to trailheads, easy to moderate hikes, checking out whatever the area and towns have to offer. Each person books their tickets and reservations directly. Arches NP has started a timed entry requiring reservations. Bookings are 6 months in advance and go quickly. So that means that for a March 30th or 31st entry, you start checking bookings in latter October. The Park Service can institute changes with little to no warning, so I check websites 7 to 9 months in advance and am ready to book as early as 7 am on the day bookings open. Currently, I'm considering camping at Moab Rim Camparc 2 miles south of Moab while visiting Arches & maybe Canyonlands NPs. This is a private campground with amenities that accepts RVs and tents. My trips are all about fun, friends & safety. Each person travels and recreates at their own risk. That said, whether you join a group hike or go solo, it's a good idea to let others know of your general whereabouts and estimated return, just in case we need to send out the rangers for you.
