Immerse yourself in the ancient Indian practice of yoga. People have been practicing yoga for centuries, and it is becoming more and more popular nowadays. If you want to explore why, and youâve never done yoga before, this is a good sign to try. You donât need any special skills or knowledgeâthe practice is adapted for everyone. Just wear comfortable clothes that wonât restrict your movement.
Delivered by me, Kateryna Sheremet, clinical psychologist and well-being coach. I studied yoga at the spiritual heart of this planetâin Bali, Indonesia.
At the beginning of the session, we will do pranayamaâa breathing technique that helps calm your nervous system. We will practice Hatha or Vinyasa yoga. Starting with a gentle stretch and warm-up, you will connect with yourself on the mat and see how the magic happens. No matter how you feel, bring yourself to the lesson, and you wonât believe how much better youâll feel mentally and physically after the session. My classes are all about self-acceptance, caring for yourself, and connecting with your body.
My goal is to create a community where people can heal and want to return to a safe space surrounded by like-minded individuals.
