Join us for a twice-monthly meditation group practice, held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, at the A-Mae-Zing Mind Body Soul Center in Canandaigua, NY!
Each meeting starts with a 5 minute grounding meditation to center everyone in their body after their busy day. The rest of the 45 minute session is spent exploring one or two methods from a wide-range of different meditation practices.
Following each meditation there is a completely voluntary discussion of anything that came up for you during the meditation. This is a fun, light hearted exploration of meditation. All levels of practitioners are welcome to attend. Besides learning and/or practicing meditation techniques, a primary intention is to come together as a group with the shared purpose of reaping the physical, mental and emotional benefits of regular meditation with others.
