Pricing for yoga is 125.00 for a 60 min private single session. 200 / 2hr for couples includes Chi Machine, 5 wave mat light craniosacral, breathing exercises and 2- 3 restorative poses.

Transformational therapy, personal single session 90 mins $120 ,2 hr $140.00, Packages of 3-5 sessions per 60 days 20% discount, Couples single session 2hr 180.00, 3 hr 240.00, Packages of 3-5 sessions per 60 days 20 % discount. Phone sessions available.
Pricing for meditative ,myofascial/ craniosacral Massage. 90 mins $ 130.00
Pricing for Reiki 75 mins, 95.00.
All sessions include 5 wave mat therapy to enhance and deepen your treatment.
Please arrive to session in relaxed comfortable clothing. You may want to bring change of clothes as sweating may occur. I am trained in diaphragm release, TMJ , Psoas , bodywork etc.. Please text if you have any questions.
