- Enhance – To enhance our members through meaningful local and national benefits such as discounts, education, networking, and fellowship, while emphasizing professionalism and standards of excellence in our industry.
- Empower – To empower our members, allowing them to be informed, stronger, and more confident in their real estate investing and management decisions.
Guests are welcome to come check out our meetings. Fully paid membership includes discounts with national and local vendors including Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, Unbridled Wealth, Equity Trust, Rent Perfect, and Millennial Specialty Insurance, just to name a few! Full members also have access to member forums, legislative updates, recorded meetings, and various documents, guides, and other printed resources, to include a state approved plain language lease.
Our monthly meetings include networking opportunities as well as educational and informational speakers. Our real estate attorney is also in attendance to provide help with legal questions and guidance. We look forward to seeing you!
