What we’re about
We play Hardcourt Bike Polo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hardcourt_Bike_Polo) every Thursday evening in Cardiff, weather permitting.
It's free, fun, and a great way to meet other cycling enthusiasts in Cardiff. You don't need to have any experience of Bike Polo to participate, all you need is to be able to ride a bike.
It helps if you can bring your own bike, but we have one spare so if you let us know ahead of time, we can arrange to bring that for you. We have a few spare mallets that we can bring for you.
Cycle helmets are mandatory, but other equipment such as elbow pads and knee pads are discretionary.
Bike polo is played with 3 cyclists per side and games are usually 10 minutes in length. We play at the tennis courts adjacent to Maindy velodrome, most Thursday evenings, from roughly 7pm.
