Welcome to B1.1: A Yearlong Journey to Master Intermediate French
This course is specifically designed for intermediate learners ready to go beyond the basics and make significant progress in their French skills. It is not for beginners, so it’s crucial to know your level before enrolling. To succeed, you should have completed A2.2 or an equivalent level of study, with at least 350 hours of prior learning.What Does a Yearlong Course Mean?
This course spans an entire year, giving you ample time to deeply engage with the material and progress at a steady, manageable pace. Following the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) guidelines, the coursework is structured to systematically build your skills across all areas of language learning: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The yearlong format allows for continuous practice and gradual mastery, ensuring that you leave this level with a solid grasp of intermediate French.By the end of this course, you’ll be fully prepared to tackle the next stage of the CEFR framework and confidently handle real-life situations in French-speaking environments. Let’s embark on this exciting, in-depth journey together!

¡Hola! My name is Maritere Varas, and I'm here to help you achieve your Spanish language goals. I've been coaching my American friends since the pandemic, and I absolutely love helping others learn and grow in their language journey.With carefully selected materials created by experts, you'll get the best tools to develop your Spanish skills effectively and confidently.
What to Expect
Each week, you'll explore different topics covering:- Vocabulary
- Reading comprehension
- Grammar fundamentals
- Communication skills
All lessons are designed to be practical and applicable to real-life situations, following the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) guidelines. Our A1.1 level course includes 46 unique lessons—no repetitions, just fresh, engaging content each session!
Class Details:
- Duration: Up to 2 hours
- Schedule: Fridays at 5:00 p.m.
- Fee: $2 per session (+ $0.06 transaction fee), totaling $2.06 per lesson
