We’re all about making life more fun! Get ready to dive into activities that push you out of your comfort zone, try new things, and have a blast connecting with some of the most incredible women in the area.
Look, we get it. Meeting new people and leaving the house can feel like a drag. But here’s the deal: life’s way too short to stay stuck in the same routines! SAL is your chance to play more, stress less, and surround yourself with women who are probably just as uncomfortable as you are.
And hey, if that little voice in your head ever whispers stuff like "What if I don’t fit in?" or "Do I really want to meet new people today?"—we get it 😂 Pushing past self-doubt is half the battle, but once you show up? You'll experience that spark of confidence and silence those voices that keep you playing small. We want you to feel empowered to live more authentically, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of WAY more than you think. Which is worth it.
And if you have no one to show up with, don't let that stop you! Over 50% of our attendees have shown up to their first event stag. But if you keep on coming, the friendships will keep on growing!
Expect inspiring convos, introductions to badass local women in business, and all kinds of motivation to pursue your goals.

SAL Central Coast is back and we’re throwing the kind of party that makes leaving the house worth it.
If your Friday nights have gone from dance floors to couch cushions, but you still crave a good time—this is for you. Think of it as a sweet spot between bottle service and book club.
All the fun of a night out, none of the regrets.
Ready for the best part? We’ll have you home before 9pm because we may love a good night out, but we also love our beds😆. We’re seriously so pumped to have you attend because we know that when you take time for fun and friends, you return to life filled with joy, a renewed sense of confidence, and shining brighter for the people you love!

We’re gathering an amazing crew of local women for a night that’s the perfect mix of good vibes, tasty treats, drinks (don’t worry, we got the sober girlies too!). You’ll leave feeling energized, inspired, and have a community to belong to!🔥 Connection & Confidence – We make it easy to connect with new friends.
🧁 Drinks & Dessert – Whether you’re sipping wine or going sober, we’ve got deliciousness covered
💃 Move & Mingle – A short, fun dance lesson to shake things up (we know this makes most a little squeemish, don't think too hard into it).

SAL means salt in Spanish, and we chose this name because we believe every woman is the salt of the earth—bold, vibrant, and bringing her own flavor to the world. When you feel connected and confident, you show up in life bigger, brighter, and happier which is exactly what this world needs more of.The Details:
Dress Code: Wear something that makes you feel bold & beautiful, whatever that means to you.
Comfort: Bring an extra pair of shoes to get your dance on if you like to wear heels like me
Contribution: $15-20 suggested donation (but come no matter what, please!)

We totally get that life happens—emergencies come up, and sometimes plans shift. But here’s the deal: when you RSVP, we’re counting on you!
