We are always looking for speakers on various psychedelic-related topics -- please message if you'd like to share your knowledge!
This is a not-for-profit, all-volunteer meetup for social and educational purposes. To help with expenses ($30/mo + various incidentals), please donate through the meetup fundraising link or at this link.

We will use the effective practices of sharing circles, group processes, journaling, meditation, embodiment practices, self-inquiry and expressive arts to support the integration of your psychedelic insights and experiences into your everyday life.
This drop-in circle is perfect for you if:
- You want to ground and embody the insights you gained in journey space into your everyday life
- You want support to process challenging or disorienting psychedelic experiences
- You want an intentional space to bring forth additional insights from your journeys and subconscious awareness
- You want to use expressive art and group process to make more sense of your journey
- You want to connect with psychedelic community and form supportive relationships

Flow is an Innertrek Psilocybin Facilitator graduate and Psychedelic Integration Coach. She has over 15 years of Expressive Arts and Holistic Healing group and 1-1 facilitation experience. Flow is also a lifelong dancer, professional musician and sound healer. She holds multiple certifications in expressive and healing arts and combines her skills and experience to create safe, welcoming and accessible spaces for reflection, connection and growth.
