One reason you are struggling with your life may be your EMOTIONAL HABITS. Habits may not have to do with smoking or drinking. For instance, do you find yourself thinking negatively too much? Do you keep thinking about your ex? Do you get involved with the wrong people a lot? Do you allow others to cross your boundaries? Do you habitually criticize yourself? These are some examples of HABITS that may be responsible for your negative mindset, lack of self-esteem, or relationship difficulties.
