What we’re about
bliss Spiritual Co-op is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to experiences that nourish the soul, incubate dreams, and connect humanity.
Since 2012, our community has provided a perfect dream incubator for people with talent to share. We offer our space free to anyone with a passion to share what they know. Each month, bliss Facilitators offer 100+ ONSITE, OFFSITE & ONLINE classes, private WellBEing sessions, and guided community outreach opportunities.
By their donations and attendance, bliss Participants offer the gift of support and encouragement for the Facilitators to express and perfect their unique talents.
We are elated to share with YOU the new ONSITE address for bliss Spiritual Co-op:
1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd
The Mezzanine Suite 228
Mt Pleasant, SC 29464
We are nestled within the Innolabs co-working space. As you approach the building from the ample parking lot, there are three entrances. Please enter through the double glass doors on the left with the 200s suite numbers posted outside. Proceed straight through the lobby into a large open space. bliss Spiritual Co-op is located up in the mezzanine, which is accessed by a large wooden staircase to the right.
Our new hive has a funky fresh vibe with two dedicated rooms for bliss activities located in the open-air mezzanine which overlooks additional common use spaces.
The CONNECTING room holds our hospitality bar, lending library, bliss Boutique cabinet, and a cozy sofa nook that gathers a bliss Facilitator with 9 participants for intimate group discussions with comfortable overflow seating that may be added for 8 additional participants as needed.
The adjoining HEALING room is a safe space for exploration where you may book a 1-hour private WellBEing session choosing from a variety of modalities with a bliss practioner for a $33 donation. We have created a new in-house scheduling calendar that allows the practioner to determine and reserve a convenient time to meet with each participant 8am-8pm 7 days per week.
Offerings expand with each new connection. All are welcome and everyone benefits from this exchange of sharing. We hope you will join us!

Please join us for a 90-minute immersion into the world of dreams and synchronicities. At this monthly meetup, we create a welcoming space to support our explorations of these experiences. Newcomers and experienced practitioners are both welcome. You are invited to bring either a sleep-state dream or a waking life synchronicity (or both) to share with the group. When we tune into our dreams, we tap into a very deep well of both wisdom and creativity. Dreams and synchronicity events are both powerful encounters that teach us about the true nature of waking life. In addition to ordinary dreams, we will also be discussing extraordinary dreams such as lucid dreams, telepathic dreams, and precognitive dreams (precognitive dreams can also be thought of as a special form of synchronicity). We will also share our best techniques for recalling and recording our dream and synchronicity experiences.
Facilitator: Chris Cunniffe, chris@lucidcoaching.com
Chris enjoys multiple passions. He is a real estate entrepreneur (Engel & Völkers Charleston) and an abundance coach (Lucid Coaching, LLC). In his coaching practice, Chris seeks to blend the yang or masculine energy foundation of his early adult years (his experience as an entrepreneur, legal advisor and business advisor) with the yin or feminine energy that has steadily emerged within my consciousness in more recent years, especially the intuition, wisdom and creativity that he has gleaned from studying his dreams. Chris has enjoyed a longstanding interest in metaphysical and personal development books including books about near death experiences, parallel lives, the mystical branches of various religions, channeled wisdom, lucid dreaming, dream yoga, and other spiritual topics. Following the suggestion of several teachers that resonated strongly with him, he began keeping a formal dream journal in 2011. Fertilized by this focus and attention, his dream life blossomed in its intensity, vividness, and insightfulness. In this lifetime, Chris was raised in Massapequa (Long Island), NY. He studied economics and political science at Holy Cross College and then graduated from Harvard Law School in 1996. Drawn to its warm weather and beaches, he relocated from New York City to the Charleston, SC area in 1998. He is blessed to share his life with his beautiful wife (Ann). Chris has previously served as a board member of two local nonprofits – bliss Spiritual Co-op, Inc. and The Charleston Jung Society.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique developed in the early 1900’s by Mikao Usui to stimulate health and vitality through channeling life force energy. While promoting a deep state of relaxation, Reiki therapy may reduce stress, anxiety, and pain through gentle touch and transferring of energy. The practitioner delivers this energy through their hands to assist in improving the recipients biofield flow and balance on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. By having a tranquil effect on the mind and body, Reiki promotes healing and restoration while having a favorable influence on the parasympathetic and autonomic nervous systems.
Access Bars was developed by Gary Douglas as a set of tools and processes applied to facilitate more consciousness. As a restorative modality, Access Bars involves the practitioner connecting with 32 points on participants head through gentle touch. This contact facilitates the release of negative energetic thought forms, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that create barriers. As energetic blockages are discharged, a rebalancing occurs making room for improved thought patterns. Results may include a more peaceful mind, relaxed body, improved outlook, stress relief, more energy, and feeling replenished. Measurements of electrical activity of the brain conducted after an Access Bars treatment were shown to have literally calmed brain activity down.

As a Low Country Native, Lisa is enthused to share complimentary integrated healing and restorative modalities to promote optimal health and well-being. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration equipped Lisa to gain experience in the corporate environment, flip residential housing properties, and continue managing her rental property business. Completing a Master of Science in Nutrition as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist prepared Lisa for working in the medical sector assisting patients with a variety of illnesses, disease states, and conditions. During this time to the present, Lisa pursued further studies in alternative and integrative health practices attaining multiple credentials. While working in these areas, Lisa continued serving in her roles as a mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Sounds Productive Right? Does Being More Productive Support Health and Well-Being? “Getting busier does not necessarily make you better...affectively managing your stress does!” You really didn’t think all of that activity was done perfectly with complete ease and grace, did you? Of course not. As Lisa was stressed out creating elevated levels of cortisol and adrenaline, this lack of balance was in opposition to a positive state of health and well-being. How ironic is that behavior? Lisa more fully understands how stress and being out of balance can have a negative impact on the mind and body. Sometimes the vehicle that drives a person to do, may eventually run them over. Hypothetically speaking, imagine being in a hit and run accident driven by yourself in your very own car. Can you relate now? The coping mechanism of burning the candle at both ends is comfortable because it is familiar. However, the candle may eventually burn out.
If there is one commonality that we all have in this human experience, it’s managing our own life stressors. Add a dose or two of trauma along the way and what do you get...Amplified Stress with Triggers. The Well BEing sessions are offered here for interested participants to explore complementary and integrative approaches on processing and managing stress to ultimately feel and function better. You are invited to take this peaceful exploration.

Reset, relax, and recharge on the iconic red root chakra sofas from bliss that Marc is storing for our new place. Don't you deserve one hour of aaaah in your week? Of course, you do! Being stressed out and constantly on the go is not healthy for mind, body, or spirit. This guided meditation is designed to reset your stress meter to zero. Sitting still and closing your eyes are the only two skills required.
