We would like to welcome everyone to Charleston Area Game Nights! The leadership team is very excited to offer a fun, safe and enjoyable gaming experience to anyone or any skill level who is interested in the board game hobby.
We like to play board games, and if you joined this group then we suspect you also like to play board games. Welcome, you've found your Meeples!
We play a variety of games, what is a variety you might be asking if you are new to the hobby?
We mostly grew up and still do to some extent live with the knowledge that board games are made up primarily of games we know, Monopoly, Life, Trouble, Chutes and Ladders, Sorry, Trouble, and the list of these goes on and on and we have seen these in every hotel common area, AirBnB closet, Youth Center, Prison, or discount store.
However, board gaming is quite a bit larger than those games today and so, with that, this group will either open your eyes to a fantastical world of adventure with quests, dice rolls, bluffing, competition, cooperation, and laughter or it won't. I hope you'll attend a gathering once, twice, or regularly to see just where you fall. I love this hobby, love teaching new games to new people and I love sharing the experience of gaming. Ask me anything, come by, message me, lets have some fun!
