What we’re about

Welcome to Baltimore's largest, most diverse and active Meetup group! If you enjoy Hikes, Cultural Events, Breweries, Wineries, Happy Hours, Movies, Festivals, Outdoor Activities, Karaoke, basically anything that might look fun around Baltimore, you have come to the right place. We are a lively, and diverse, group of men and women of all ages that live and/or work around the Baltimore area looking to be active and try new things.

Guidelines:

  • Don't be an arsehole (this is a non-negotiable).
  • Enjoy yourself, make some new friends, that's why we are all here!
  • Read the event description in full. Most questions can be answered there.
  • Update your going/not going status within 24 hours of the event if you've changed your mind.
  • Here's what I won't do for you (sorry!)
    • Determine your physical capabilities for you (I am not qualified). We include as much information about the event in the description as possible (you can always post a question if you need to know more)
    • Be your personal social guide (We will introduce you to people, answer your questions, but our hosts have to attend to everyone).

Charm City Social Club Liability Statement:
By participating in events led by CSSC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that participating in events led by CCSC may involve certain risks and hazards. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, property damage, or other unforeseen occurrences.
2. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your actions and well-being during the event. You agree to conduct yourself in a safe and responsible manner and to abide by any rules or guidelines set forth by the organizers.
3. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in events led by CCSC, you hereby release and discharge the organizers, hosts, volunteers, and all associated personnel from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with your participation in the event.
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, hosts, volunteers, and all associated personnel from any and all costs, claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in events led by CCSC.
