Do you want to create healthy habits around technology?

Chicago C.H.A.T. is a local organization that helps people build positive and successful relationships with the technology in their life, including social media, video games, dating apps, television, etc. We meet twice a month: Once a month for an offline social program that helps people live in the moment, make new friends, and spend time away from tech. Once a month as a support group, where we learn about subjects like digital hygiene, work-life balance, and mindfulness in order to start up a lively group discussion. If you want to redefine your relationship to tech and help others do the same, this is the place to start!
