Enjoy a lighthearted evening of conversation and banter. We may be awaiting an ADHD diagnosis or diagnosed - it's all good here. Most importantly is that you feel comfortable and be given the space to express yourself.

We talk about random things, we are very creative folk. Please be aware we can swear (in humour), get a bit loud when happy and be expressionate. If this is not your thing that's okay but it's to make you aware 👍😊

No pressure to arrive on time. We will have use of the room for up to 3 hours.

ADHD is challenging. We are here to support one another. Some people may feel emotional or overwhelmed and that's okay 🤗🤗

We return one final time this year to see in the autumn vibes with an enjoyable afternoon of exploring the grounds of St Werburgh's City Farm 🚜🍂

There are different aspects to see including a 2 acre small holding, hand crafted cafe, The Yard - community (unique self built awesomeness 😊), Boiling Wells, etc.

Weather permitting we have a good wander around. On the last visit we got to have a private tour of a smallholding! Final destination will be 'The Farm' pub, Hopetoun Road, BS2 9YL.

For people arriving after 1pm - the cafe is open until 3.30pm and the farm closes at 4pm. The finish time is 6pm but this may be before or after depending on the vibes ✌️😊
