Learn the Chi technique to energize your movement.
Chi Running® and Chi Walking® techniques are based on the same principles and orientation as Yoga, Pilates, and T’ai Chi: shifting the work to core muscles and away from your legs; integrating mind and body; and focused on overall and long-term performance and well-being. Whether you’re injured, a beginner, a marathon runner, a triathlete, or someone who runs or walks to stay fit, Chi Running & Chi Walking have helped thousands improve their technique, reduce injury and achieve personal goals.
Who are we?
- We are a community of people that may or may not be training for a race at any given time. Mostly, we're training for life.
- Sometimes we run, sometimes we walk - occasionally, we fall. The goal isn't to win the race (though we're not against it.....) - we're in it for the challenge, for the fun and for the way we feel after it's done.
- We're curious. Any given run, race or day, for that matter, is an experiment. What feels good? What's not working? Aim for what feels good (fuel, gear, movemeant, and more).
- We are of all shapes and sizes, run and walk all lengths and distances, and at all different speeds. Whether you consider yourself a back of the packer, an avid runner or a non-racer, we’re all here to learn on our time.

- Two 30 minute one-on-one coaching calls
- Weekly emails to deepen your practice
- WhatsApp Private Group to ask questions, receive support, celebrate & more!

Let's take some time and explore. Through simple explanations, interactive activities, and guided awareness exercises, you'll gain a better understanding of how your nervous system influences your daily life. We'll start to map what it feels like in your body, and then deepen awareness as the month goes on.
Here's What You'll Learn:
- Basic nervous system function
- Create awareness around your reactions/stress
- Learn techniques to shift out of stress mode
- Begin to choose a different response & more effectively regulate your nervous system
