Whether you’re injured, a beginner, a marathon runner, a triathlete, or someone who runs or walks to stay fit, Chi Running & Chi Walking have helped thousands improve their technique, reduce injury and achieve personal goals.
Who are we?
- We are a community of people that may or may not be training for a race at any given time. Mostly, we're training for life.
- Sometimes we run, sometimes we walk - occasionally, we fall. The goal isn't to win the race (though we're not against it.....) - we're in it for the challenge, for the fun and for the way we feel after it's done.
- We're curious. Any given run, race or day, for that matter, is an experiment. What feels good? What's not working? Aim for what feels good (fuel, gear, movemeant, and more).
- We are of all shapes and sizes, run and walk all lengths and distances, and at all different speeds. Whether you consider yourself a back of the packer, an avid runner or a non-racer, we’re all here to learn on our time.
