What we’re about
This is essentially a silent reading club that meets about once a week for two hours at the Chocolate With Geoseph tasting room in Mississauga (6600 Davand Drive, Unit 1, L5T 2M3). Bring your own reading material (doesn't have to be chocolate related haha) or just bring yourself and read any of the reading material in the tasting room (mostly books on cacao & chocolate including science and history). A nice way to just get out of the house, relax, do something productive, and be around others.
Cost is $2 per drop-in (There will be cups, tea bags, and hot water). There may be some samples of chocolate from time to time.
Rules:
- You don't have to stay the whole two hours, but you have a 2 hour window to come by.
- You're welcome to bring in snacks/sandwiches and such (foods that are not too strong in odour).
- Please don't wear heavy scents/fragrances
- It's hosted at my chocolate tasting room. No purchase necessary or expected, but if you wish to buy any bars to enjoy while you work, feel free.
- Of course you're welcome to mingle and socialize, but keep it low volume while others are reading
- Wheelchair accessible. Free parking out front.
- No WIFI available at the moment.
