Welcome! This is a fun group of 50+ ladies from all over the Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky area and attending our events is a great way to make new friends! It does not matter what your status is - single, married, divorced, widowed, etc.
ALL WOMEN 50+ ARE WELCOME.
Members RSVP to events that sound fun to them, and we are always open to event ideas that our members have. Our events are held on a variety of different days of the week and at different times of day - this allows us to reach both our working and non-working members.
ALL of our meetups are for the purpose of meeting other ladies and getting to know each other better.
NOTE: $1 per member will be collected at each meetup event that a member attends. This is to help support our Meetup website fees and our organizational expenses.
RSVPs to events are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a member sees there is a WAIT LIST, and they would like to attend the event, they should not hesitate to add themselves to the WAIT LIST because there is a good chance that a member who is marked as GOING will change their RSVP as we get closer to the event date.
Note: Once an event is completely booked, it is listed as FULL. At that point, an automated WAIT LIST begins, and it will record cancellations and automatically replace the canceled guest name with the first member's name from the WAIT LIST.
An email notification is sent to the member who moved off of the "WAIT LIST" and that member will now be automatically marked as "GOING". For this reason, Members must ensure they are receiving email notifications from our Meetup group, and members need to keep their RSVPs current in order for this system to work.
HOW TO JOIN:
ALL WOMEN 50+ years of age are welcome to apply for membership. Potential members need to complete and submit a New Member Profile on our website with some basic information and their request MUST INCLUDE A CLEAR HEAD SHOT of themself. A photo is required to protect our members, as well as help us identify each member when they attend one of our Meetups. The potential member MUST USE THEIR REAL FIRST NAME, and a last name or initial would be helpful.
Upon receipt of their completed profile, the new member will receive an acceptance e-mail and will have access to our Meetup website with information on upcoming events, other group members, messages, discussion boards, and more.
