What we’re about
This meetup is for men who want to sit in a circle with other men and speak and listen from the heart without interrupting, judging or trying to "fix" the man speaking. Groups follow a format laid out by The ManKind Project, a global nonprofit [501 (c)(3)] charitable organization that supports a global network of peer-facilitated men's groups, where men mentor men through the passages of their lives.
The ManKind Project conducts challenging and highly rewarding programs for men at every stage of life. Our flagship training, described by many as the most powerful men's training available, is the New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA). The ManKind Project is not affiliated with any religious practice or political party. We strive to be increasingly inclusive and affirming of cultural differences, especially with respect to color, class, sexual orientation, faith, age, ability, ethnicity, and nationality.
We hold several events in the Los Angeles metropolitan area that any man is free to attend without cost or obligation to get a taste of what participating in our weekend workshop can do for him.
