• What we'll do
We'll work on single rope, pairs, double dutch, group routines, or whatever else we can think of. Don't worry if you've never jumped a day in your life. We'll walk you through it at a comfortable pace.
• What to bring
Please bring a water bottle and sun screen. We will provide the jump ropes.
• Important to know
I will give you a standard liability waiver to sign when you come to your first practice. Message me if you would like a copy of this beforehand.
