We invite you to join 15 - 20 new and regular dancers each month, at The Coddenham Centre on Sundays, 4-6:30pm.

These transformational camps offer a creative and safe space for deep personal exploration as a process of healing our wounds and opening into our creativity as well as more loving responses to living our lives. We will meet together each day in a circle as well as dancing the Five Rhythms and the mediations. We will gather together, speak from our hearts, cry to the winds, laugh, dance, sing, and cook; being together as simply as we can, as real as we can.
We’ll be camping and cooking communally around open fires on this beautiful 4 acre meadow near Saxmundham. This is a particularly beautiful part of the Suffolk countryside and is just 4 miles from Saxmundham railway station.
Facilities include – a large heated bell tent to meet and dance in, meadows to be and play in, shower, toilets, water taps and other structures.
We will be creating together a rich variety of offerings designed to open us all, body heart and soul, to the gift of being, within ourselves and with each other. Come and experience the connection between Nature and Spirit. This camp is for adults only.Venue for the camp:

Dates:
- 4 Days (3 nights)
- Begins: Friday 23rd May (arrival between 12pm and 5pm to set up your tent)
- Ends: Monday 26th May (depart 4:30pm)
- Option to stay on afterwards, for an additional fee.
- This is a 4 day camp with a commitment to coming for the whole of the time. This is to maintain the integrity of what is offered.

Food:
- Food is not provided. We all bring food to share, cook communally, and operate a cash kitty for any extras we might need from local shops during our stay together. We will create a cooking rota nearer the time. Please let us know any special dietary requirements at time of booking.
Crew:

Cancellation policy:
- Please let us know as soon as possible if something comes up and you cannot attend this camp. We always endeavour to treat cancellations fairly and sympathetically.
- If you cancel within 8 weeks of the event (after 28th March) no refund will be given.
- However if we are full and find a replacement for your place, we will refund the full amount you have paid, minus an administration fee of £30.
- If you leave the event before the end, there is no refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel the event (e.g. if there are not enough participants or in the case of illness of those organising the event, in which case we will refund to you all payments made to us by you)

Book hereIs there something missing in the familiar humdrum of 'getting by' in the daily routine of living? Nature and Spirit are in a perpetual dance of life, death, and rebirth into new life. It’s going on everywhere all the time. In our increasingly urban and computerised way of living, we have surrounded ourselves in relative comfort and convenience in these daily routines. Frequently, these can become the encrustations that separate us from our primal connection to the wildness of Life within.
Through camping together we intentionally take a leap within as we connect more deeply into our Nature and Spirit, reconnecting to the wildness and ecstasy of Life that lies within us - that essence of full-bodied and full-blooded life, and aliveness.
We'll be camping and cooking communally around open fires on this beautiful 4 acre meadow near Saxmundham. This is a particularly beautiful part of the Suffolk countryside and is just 4 miles from Saxmundham railway station.
Facilities include – a large heated bell tent to meet and dance in, meadows to be and play in, shower, toilets, water taps and other structures.
There is a maximum of sixteen participants at each camp. I aim for a 50:50 balance of men and women.
All participants must be over the age of 18 years. If the camp is full, we will hold a waiting list as sometimes people have to withdraw for unexpected circumstances. Time:
Arrival is from 12:00pm on Friday; time to set up your own tent and settle in. Please arrive in sufficient time to have completed setting up your tent before the evening meal which is scheduled for around 6pm. There will be an evening session after supper around 8:00pm.
