College Park Area Millennial Cafe and Walk Book Club

Let's grab some delicious local beverages and pastries at Vigilante Coffee in Hyattsville. Bring any books you are currently reading and be prepared to share a little about them.
ALSO - if you are trying to make space on your shelves, bring a book to give away or swap with someone else! Any books that nobody wants at the end of the meetup will be deposited in a little free library.

Let's meet in the parking lot of Proteus Bikes & Brews. We will walk up Edgewood Road, cross Route 1 down Cherry Hill Road to the Paint Branch Trail, then make a loop back through the neighborhood (crossing Route 1 again on Hollywood Road and finishing on Rhode Island Ave). The entire thing is about 3 miles.

After the walk, we can hang out and enjoy some pastries and brews!

I will potentially be reading "Fruit of the Drunken Tree" by Ingrid Rojas Contreras and/or "Like You'd Understand, Anyway" stories by Jim Shepard. As always, come prepared to introduce yourself and talk about whatever you are currently reading.
