Denver's Comic Book Club for Women

Let's read more comics. Every other month we'll discuss multiple volumes in a long DC or Marvels story arc. These arcs may span a year or more and are likely comics we'd rarely or never get to in our monthly comic discussions. Come hang out to learn more about the two superhero universes and share your thoughts.

Things to know before you go:

• We do not research accessibility for these comics (i.e. if you can find it on Hoopla or at the library) so please use your own resources to access these comic books.
• We do not guarantee we'll understand everything that's going on in these stories since these characters have backgrounds and histories going back decades - but we'll still have fun being confused together!

This month we'll read volumes 7, 8, and 9 of Saga by Fiona Staples.

Location TBA — we'll update the event on Meetup two weeks before the event.

Please note: our indoor comic book discussions might be capped depending on where we meet. If we reach capacity and you would still like to participate in the comic discussion, send Lauren and Nicole a message through the MeetUp App or Discord (preferred method).

This month's location is Junction Food and Drink.

Every other month we'll get together for dinner to eat some good food and continue to build our friendships. Check each event for the specific location as it will change. Significant others/family members are welcome to join.
