Please join us on Sunday, October 27th from 4:30PM - 6:00PM for a healing breath ceremony led by Caty Wirth Shelton with Mystic. This method of somatic breathwork is a powerful practice for processing and releasing stored emotions and moving stuck energy.

As we gather together, you will be guided through a grounding opening of intention, an active healing breath meditation, and follow with a group integration. You will leave feeling a sense of relief and optimism for the future as well as support from our healing community.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal, a blanket, an eye mask, and anything else to help you feel comfortable.

Sweat Equity is excited to host a 9D Breathwork experience led by Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Brandon Santiago (The Quantum Medic) on Sunday, November 10th @ 4:30PM.

9D Breathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, & a range of different vibrations, sounds & frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions, and traumas, & help to rewire the brain. When you combine breathwork with guided vocal coaching magic happens. The body begins to massively heal itself of disease, new levels of altered awareness are attained, and past traumas are expunged. You feel lighter in spirit and thus body and feel truly and deeply renewed. Simply lay on your yoga mat, put on the supplied headphones and eye masks, and settle into the journey.
