Relax, stretch, lengthen, nourish and suppl-ize your tight neck, shoulders, upper back, as well as the connective, fascia tissues of the body, for more movement, range of motion, flexibility and mobility in this hour long, gentle yoga class.

Focused on stretching, finding spaciousness and improving range of motion in the neck, shoulders and upper back, this gentle yoga practice is for all abilities and ages.

Mostly seated, on your mat or in a chair, we will incorporate intentional breath and flowing movements to encourage fluid movement and muscles.

Bring your yoga mat, a yoga strap or long belt, and blocks for your seated comfortability.
