What we’re about
The Contookuleles is New Hampshire's newest ukulele meetup group. We are a fast-growing group of experienced players and beginners. We are all about learning, socializing, making music and, most of all, having fun!
New members are always welcome. We meet in the Community Room at the Hopkinton Town Library on the first and third Tuesday of every month from 6-8 p.m.

We'll use this meeting as a rehearsal for our Aug. 9 gig at the New Boston Farmers Market. I've narrowed the set list to the below songs from the 2025 Songs and Repertoire Songs folders. (Please don't worry if you can only play/sing some of them.) I don't know how many songs we'll have time for at the Farmers Market, but I doubt we'll have time for all of these. We can pick and choose at the event.

If there are kids around, we can try some of these songs, all pretty simple. Most of them are Raffi songs, which you can listen to here. - New Boston Farmers MarketNew Boston Town Common, New Boston, NH
That will be us on the bandstand at the New Boston Farmers Market! The market is open 10-1 p.m., and we've been asked to perform for two hours, plus an hour for breaks. Please plan on arriving by 9:45 to set up.
We'll play through as many songs as we can from the two main folders in our song book: 2025 Songs and Repertoire Songs. We'll practice at our upcoming jams leading up to Aug. 9.
Please come even if you're only comfortable playing some of the songs on the set list. There will also be slots for anyone who wants to solo a few songs.
I asked about lunch. There are food trucks, but not always, and some vendors sell baked goods. So if you need a substantial meal you might want to pack something.
